Steven's Halo series of mixed-media reliefs showcases an innovative technique that manipulates light reflection to create a luminous glow or “halo” of color. This effect mimics the appearance of neon lighting which is often mistaken for an artificial light source. The intensity of each piece’s glow shifts with changes in lighting, viewing angles and even the movement of sunlight throughout the day.
